I just met with Dr. Kostas Sierros and got a tour of their new Human Powered Vehicle lab.

In a class this fall they will be designing and building a bicycle to compete in the Human Powered Vehicle Challenge. They would like to work with Positive Spin to improve their bike repair skills, recycle parts, fix bikes for the Christmas give away and assist us with more shop hours devoted to community involvement.

Classes start in two weeks at which time they would like to tour our facility. With board approval (item for Monday's agenda) I will set up a time and everyone who is available can meet Dr. Sierros and the students.
