WV GOVERNOR JUST ORDERED MANDATORY MASK IN CONFINED SPACES. CHILDREN UNDER 9 EXCEPTED. TAKES EFFECT THIS EVENING AT MIDNITE. 

According to Gov. Justice, positive cases have shot up, and because West Virginia has more vulnerable people than any other state, we will "be in a world of hurt if we don't do this now." Dr. Clay Marsh said we have the seventh-highest R2 rate in the country, and a 234% increase in positive cases. Justice said is not the popular thing to do, but in his mind "it's the only thing" under the circumstances .....
