The Feb. 24th Dominion Post has an article highlighting Longview's $900 million plan to add 1200 MW of gas-fired generation by 2020. They also propose a 50-MW array across the state line in PA, and a 6-mile, 20-inch gas pipeline to connect with the TransCanada Colombia 1804 Interstate line in PA.
The story indicates that Longview may need to develop a new PILOT agreement with the Mon County Commission.
