   The situation is that the defunct and unsecured Fairmont Brine Processing Plant, in Fairmont, WV, which used to process fracking wastewater, currently has radioactive waste on site and there is evidence of teenagers and others partying or spending time there and unknowingly being exposed to radioactive waste. 
  
 
  
      
  
 
   Please see the attached Truthdig article and the US EPA Pollution Report. EPA Region 3 knows about the problem and is working to address it, although the process is taking too long, especially making sure the site is secured along with notifying the public. 
  
 
  
      
  
 
   I represent the Mon Valley Clean Air Coalition. Our scientists say there is no threshold for nuclear radiation below which it does not do damage. The high energy gamma radiation causes impacts to surroundings at every level.
