Voter suppression will be considered by the House of Delegates Judiciary Committee, Wednesday, Jan 17, 1 pm, in the form of HB 4675. The bill requires picture ID to vote.

Current WV law requires ID to vote but allows 10 forms of non-photo ID.   HB 4675 would eliminate all these forms of non-photo ID.  HB 4675 would prevent anyone lacking a photo id from voting.    Here is the bill:
