Here is the Usage Report from WV Public News Service.  Good quote from Jim.  This is what we want to see next year when we are paying for this on our nickel.  I fed them another story on private land disturbance/abuse from an Allegheny powerline ROW and that will air with quotes from the Landowner and Duane Nichols.
