The links from Dave below take you to the actual cases filed by the utilities.  To see the filing, click on the case number, then click on "Activities" at the top of the page.

To find the complete listing of filings for a case:

Go to the PSC web page, then click on "Case Information" in the column on the left side of the page.  This opens the "web Docket" page.

Then click on "Case: under "Search by" on the left side.

Enter the case number (e.g. 15-2002) in the box after "Case Number contains" and click "Search"

This takes you to the Case List.  Click on "Activities" and a full listing of all filings under that case will appear.

The actual IRP will open in a new page and is fairly large, so it will take a few minutes to download.
