Waste Committee has completed another round of edits to the
draft "Zero Waste Policy: Cradle to Cradle". We would appreciate
any comments your committee would like to make. We would like to bring
this policy to the Board of Directors at their November meeting so we would
appreciate your prompt review of draft policy.

If your committee does
not plan to make any comments could you please tell us that so we won't wait
for your comments. Our plan is to make changes and then forward to the
next approval body as soon as we know all comments have been received. We
