Attached are my top five (six?) talking Points and the more extensive, but rough, draft of comments on the Energy Plan(s).  I plan to polish these into the proper format, but would welcome any input and editing you can offer.  The Morgantown hearing is Thursday, so please get back to me on this soon.

Comment on State's Energy Plan
West Virginia's Division of Energy is in the midst of updating the state's 5-year energy plan. The agency is asking for public comment.

The agency is holding public hearings on the plan:
September 5: in the Azalea Room of the Big Sandy Arena, Huntington
September 6: in Grand Hall AB of the Erickson Alumni Center on the WVU Evansdale Campus, Morgantown
September 7: in the Foxcroft Ballroom of the Martinsburg Holiday Inn.

All hearings start at 9:30 a.m.  Registration is at 9 a.m., or you can register in advance to speak at a hearing here
