As of 5 PM Tuesday, no additional info on public hearings has been filed on the PSC web page.  The order from last Thursday calls for FOUR hearings to be held between Oct. 8 and Oct. 19 "or as soon thereafter as can be accommodated".  The hearings will be held before an Administrative Law Judge, not the Commissioners.  Hearings will be held both during the day and in the evening to accommodate those who wish to attend.  This makes it easier for some people, but it means getting people to both the day and the evening sessions in each location.

Public Comment Hearings are to be held 10/8/2007 - 10/19/2007 in Morgantown, Canaan Valley, Moorefield, and Grafton as can be accommodated;

Deadline for propounding discovery in preparation of the 12/5/2007 testimonies is due 11/10/2007;

Status Hearing/Charleston Public Comment Hearing set for 11/28 - 11/29/2007;

Staff and Intervenors' prepared Direct Testimony due by 12/5/2007;

Prepared Rebuttal Testimonies to TrAILCo's direct testimony due by 12/5/2007

We will need to develop questions for "discovery" by Nov. 10, and have our direct testimony prepared, as well as rebuttal to Allegheny's testimony, by Dec. 5.  We should also be prepared to respond to requests for Discovery from Allegheny by Nov. 20, as we will have 10 days to respond to their questions.

P.S.  CPV Warren filed interrogatories today, their attorney may be someone we could work with, but so far, they do not seem to have been very active.
