good to see this, I hope we can keep educate reporters to do in-depth, fact-based stories like this on the utilities in WV (beyond the standard Pam Kasey & Ken Ward, who obviously do a good job).  It seems that the Clarksburg Exponent has been putting out some good stories (including their editorial against the Harrison transfer.
