This could be an interesting potential alliance, politically. Maybe the wind industry could push the gas industry to accept some environmental toilet training, including reasonable regulations.  The wind industry is realizing that to be credible in the marketplace of "green energy" it will need to address some of the most deleterious problems identified with wind energy- i.e. bat mortality, intermittency of wind, etc. .
