Please join our National Coal Ash Call this Wednesday, May 2 from 1 -2:30 pm Eastern. This is the second of our quarterly calls on this critical public health issue.
We will provide an update on the amendment to the Transportation Bill that currently threatens EPA’s authority to regulate coal ash, and we will discuss how you can help defeat this measure. We will also provide an update on EPA’s and OSM's activities and hear important developments from activists in the field. Lastly, we will discuss a new nationwide initiative for citizens and grassroots groups.
