The West Virginia Division of Air Quality has completed its evaluation of all submitted comments and made a final determination to issue Permit R13-2791 (with revisions) to TransGas Development Systems, LLC for construction of a Coal-to-Liquids Plant near Wharncliffe, Mingo County, WV.
