Folks<br><br>I wanted you to know this as soon as I did.  Even though I, and others, felt the argument went well this morning, in fact very well, the clerk&#39;s office of the Supreme Court called later to say the petition for appeal had been denied 4-1, Peggy Workman voting to grant.<br>
