Subject: Maryland Moratorium

Today the Governor of Maryland signed an executive order placing a moratorium on all Marcellus Shale drilling.  It is very strict and requires (among other things) the industry to establish a plan of how they will pay for any damage created by the process.  Hopefully the papers will have the full story tomorrow.
