This is a pretty important initiative, one that could go a long way toward solving many of our energy issues.  I recommend that someone take a look at this and try drafting a response letter.  I am very interested and will assist, but this is an opportunity for someone who wants to step up their involvement.  It is a short-term project, but one with a potentially big impact.  Who wants to "Take It To The Next Level!"?
