This decision is an important victory for our side.  The big utilities did not like competitors who reduce power consumption, so this decision affirms the opportunities to reduce electricity consumption through third party competitors.  The Solar Holler model will benefit from this as it provides certainty for their business model.


We will need to evaluate the WV IRPs in light of this decision.
