Don, pursuant to the 2009 legislature's HB 408, the PSC is promulgating new net metering rules.

I guess I misunderstood the earlier emails about this.  From what was sent around, I thought there was some sort of public comment period regarding a rate case or something new that PSC was considering on net metering.
