Hi folks-

We (WVSC) need "declarants" for the Mitchell plant lawsuit - power plant violating selenium limits.

Declarant means someone reasonably local who could be affected by the violation - in essence anyone residing nearby.

The Mitchell plant is in Cresap, WV, which is about 5 miles from Moundsville.

Question: do you know anyone who fits the above description? If so could you let me know please?
