At 286 pages, it is rather intense (or even boring?) at several points. I am particularly interested in the Project Operations protocols (aka adaptive management techniques) descriptions which start on document page 100 (PDF page 107).

I noted several references to the “Shoenfeld estimator”- developed by WV Highlands Conservancy’s Peter Shoenfeld- for determining total numbers of bat/bird fatalities by correcting for ground search results that are subject to several kinds of influences toward inaccuracy.
