Energy Guerrilla Theater - anyone want to try it?
Here's an idea for referees.
We do some guerrilla theater.
3 people in ref shirts w whistles and red penalty flags.
Show up at McKinley's (or Rahall's or Capito's) local office. Meet outside w media if any come - we have data on their contributions from dirty energy.
Then enter the office - then a little theater.
"We're here to call a foul on McKinley - is he here?" "No.' Lot of whistle blowing, throwing red penalty flags,.... Then each ref announces a penalty like "Foul! For not promoting clean energy for America!!" with a placard with the charge printed for camera and to leave for McK.
Finish, give office person the charges, exit w more whistles and hoopla.
Key - get the whole thing on video and immediately get it onto YouTube and on to FB, other websites.
Huge fun, and good targeting....
I have 3 ref shirts, a few red flags (any piece of red fabric is OK), left over from DC yesterday.
What do you think?
We need 2 more vols for refs, and 1 or 2 capable video folks to capture it.
Timing could be the Friday before the Super Bowl.
This will be good fun - and all legal!
