September 5: in the Azalea Room of the Big Sandy Arena, Huntington
September 6: in Grand Hall AB of the Erickson Alumni Center on the WVU Evansdale Campus, Morgantown
September 7: in the Foxcroft Ballroom of the Martinsburg Holiday Inn.All hearings start at 9:30 a.m. Registration is at 9 a.m., or you can register in advance to speak at a hearing here
