THIS JUST IN -- AND IT AINT A JOKE !!!

The Pennsylvania judges say that "TrAILCo has failed to carry its burden of proof" and that "the true impetus for the 502-Lodoun segment is to transport cheaper coal-fired generation from westerm PJM to eastern PJM and to encourage the siting of new generation in western PJM where it may be more palatable." They go on to question the modeling that was done to support the alleged need.
