It is in the Senate Rules Committee which could schedule it for a floor vote as early as this Sunday,  The bill must pass the Senate by Wednesday in order to be considered in the House.  Can someone help prepare an e-mail alert to our members to ask for calls to all Senators.  The message is simple, please ask that SB 370 be put on the agenda for a vote, and then vote for SB 370.

And for those writing to Senators on the EIM Committee, add a 'Thank you' for voting to pass the bill out of Committee.
