wow, there is a lot of terrible but good information in this report.  from glancing through it, some things stood out to me.  

- it's amazing how much of the pollution can be traced back to specific power plants with a name and address.  That seems to offer a lot of potential in "confront" specific power plants...

- it's impressive (but not surprising) that the total emissions from WV's power sector = if every single person in the state (including children) owned and drove 7 cars and would drive 1.5 cars each to equal the pollution from Amos alone

- 7 of the top 100 polluting power plants are in WV

Yikes...

What is interesting is that, of the five plants in WV that made the top 100 list, three (John Amos, Harrison and Mitchell) are the ones that AEP and FE want to transfer from deregulated states to WV.
