Weep is right - for the poor misguided fools who "represent" us, for we the citizens who elect them, and for the venality of forcing WV taxpayers to subsidize this.

Nice touch - a coal sequestration "plan" - even though all would agree that this is the worst kind of dirty-pie-in-the-dirty-sky for the near future.
