I usually read them there, as it is easier to sort out which are significant, and which are form letters and protest petitions.

Jonathon Rosenbaum is managing the Energy Committee list-serve, so perhaps Bill DePaulo could work with him to refine the list.  I personally get so much e-mail that I suspect this stuff would get buried.  I am more likely to read it when I scan the PSC web page on weekends or as needed.  But getting these e-mail notifications is good for anyone who wants a quick course in PSC procedures, or simply is willing to help keep us current on breaking news on the TrAILCo issue.
