When John gave Robert Klein these slides, John indicated that he would prefer if his name not be attributed to the dissemination of this powerpoint presentation for legal reasons. Unless you get expressed permission from John to use his name in relationship to these slides, I would recommend to keep these slides within the EC. However, it shouldn't be a problem to refer to these slides or even to incorporate them in another presentation as long as John's name isn't referenced. I think John's main concern is that some of the slides were copied from websites where the terms and conditions don't necessary allow for public presentation of this information. For instance, aep.com only allows you to copy or display their information for personal use only .. it just depends how you define personal in a public context.

On the other hand, although his name isn't on these slides, the first slide does mention that this was presented at the September 13, 2007 Sierra Club Meeting .. so go figure. :)
