I don't know if you want to cold call some WVSC members that live in the area, but I did a search in HELEN for the three zip codes nearest Cresap and got 5 names. Four of those were in Moundsville. I see your name on a few searches on HELEN, so I guess you could go on and check out the search, which I named 'Cresap', and tweak it as you see fit.
