I suppose that the case could be made that increasing transmission lines and the assoc. increase in coal fired power plants would fall under the EPA's venue to control Global Warming.  paul

Subject: EPA Must Fight Global Warming Pollution
To: CONS-WPST-MARINE-FORUM@lists.sierraclub.org

The impacts of climate change are becoming more visible with
each passing month. America must take full responsibility for
our contribution to global warming... and take real steps to
reduce it.

The Supreme Court has told the EPA that it can act to cut
emissions that are responsible for global warming. It's time for
the EPA to act now.

Now is the time to join me and Earthjustice and let the EPA know
that you support taking real, effective, and practical action to
curb global warming.
