A big state victory was registered last week in Colorado, with the Sierra Club helping to win successful passage of the second most aggressive Renewable Electricity Standard in the country.  The bill also set in place strong labor standards and small-scale distributed generation standards.  Read all about it on the victory tracker here: http://clubhouse.sierraclub.org/chapters/tracker/2010/03-10-CO-RES.aspx
