There is a great opportunity to learn more and hone your activist skills - whether fighting coal plants, promoting clean energy, or encouraging corporate accountability - on Thursday, October 30th at 3 PM EDT. The director of the Sierra Club's National Coal Campaign, Bruce Nilles, and former First Deputy Comptroller for the State of New York Tom Sanzillo will give a webinar on electric cooperatives and public power involvement in the coal rush. They will also go over strategies and tools to target financing and decision-making processes for coops and munis. This webinar is part of the Energy Foundation's series to foster common approaches toward greening Rural Electric Cooperatives, Municipal Utilities and other public entities.
