I am sending by separate email a link to allow you to download the 500+ docs released under the FOIA pertaining to the DEP proposed permit to allow Appalachian Power to inject CO2 at its Mason County &quot;liquids&quot; plant.&nbsp; The hearing for this is scheduled for January 20, 2009.&nbsp; Comments will be accepted through January 30, 2009.<br>
<br>I have stated earlier my belief that we should not object, per se, to the issuance of the permit.&nbsp; However, I believe we should insist on complete transparency, i.e., total access by all to the data collected to see if this well effectively captures CO2.<br>
