I vote that we vote to pay Jonathan Rosenbaum $300 to develop a CLEAR website, train Peggy Pings, Donna Weems and any other board member on how to use it., and set up a CLEAR facebook page. I also vote that we pay him an additional $60 a year to host the website on his server and pay him $25 / hr for additional work.  Thank you Peggy for organizing.
