2) Health Coaching Program--We invite you to participate in an exciting new health coaching program, which is free to WVU Healthcare employees. In working one-on-one with a WVU Healthcare health coach to improve your health, you will be able to work together to determine lifestyle changes that you would like to make in the near future. You’ll begin the program by setting three-month goals. You’ll then meet once a week to discuss your progress.
Benefits of health coaching include:
· Setting goals
· Addressing issues that may get in the way of you meeting your goals
· Increasing accountability
· Challenging yourself to go beyond what you would do alone
· Receiving the support you need to make positive changes in your life
· Feeling a sense of accomplishment as you meet your goals
To learn more about the onsite health coaching program, contact Jennifer Tennant, M.Ed., R.N., C., certified health coach, at 304-598-4160, ext. 5, or tennantjen@wvuhealthcare.com
