Please attend a public meeting at the Cheat Lake Fire Hall on this coming Thursday, February 19th from at 6:30 to 9 pm.

 

This meeting is being hosted by Lake Lynn Generation, LLC, the company that purchased the Lake Lynn Hydro project exactly one year ago.   

 

The draft "recreation plan update" for 2015 is attached as a "pdf" document, as prepared by Lake Lynn Generation, LLC.  Background information is available on the FERC web site under FERC Project Number 2459.  The 2015 update is License Article 417.

 

The recreation plan for the hydro project and the surrounding lands and lake is up for review every three years, as mandated by and monitored by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).

 

Comments will be received by Lake Lynn Generation on 2/19/15 at the Fire Hall.  And, written comments will be received for 30 days, until 3/19/15 at the following address:
