Many of you have probably already seen the new EPA "How's my Waterway" tool, where you can search local water bodies and learn about their water quality. This Wednesday there is a free webcast to learn more about this app, and others related to water quality. I thought y'all may be interested! Here is the link to register http://water.epa.gov/learn/training/wacademy/webcasts_index.cfm You can also search and download past webcasts, and subscribe to the podcast!
I found out about this webcast because I'm subscribe to the EPA's Watershed News. It's a monthly electronic newsletter with all kinds of great watershed-related news! I would highly suggest subscribing. Here's a link to the November newsletter, and instructions on how to subscribe can be found at the very bottom http://water.epa.gov/type/watersheds/1112.cfm
