The Eastern Coal Regional Roundtable, of Kingwood W.V. was selected by EPA Headquarters as one of the six finalists for the Fiscal Year 2006-2007 Targeted Watershed Capacity Building Grant. Eastern Coal will receive $404,000 of $3.2 Million available to develop and implement a multi-regional (Regions 3, 4, and 5) and interstate project to train grassroots organizations.
