CLEAR AGENDA FOR MEETING OF JUNE 22, 2006.

The Cheat Lake Environment and Recreation Association will meet

this coming Thursday, June 22nd, at the Cheat Lake Fire Hall. Please

come at 7:00 to socialize. The meeting will start promptly at 7:30 pm.

AGENDA

1. Introduction and Summary of CLEAR Activities.

2. Report of Recreation Committee: Discussion of the Triennial Review

of the "Cheat Lake Park & Trail".

3. Report on the Quality of Cheat Lake: Discussion of the "Stream Partners Grant" for monitoring Cheat Lake.

4. Report of the Boating & Fishing Committee: Discussion of Future

Activities for CLEAR In Support of Boating & Fishing.

5. Preservation of Cheat Canyon: Report on Fund Raiser planned for

August 3rd at the Forks of Cheat Winery.

6. Election of Officers For Coming Year: Current Officers: Duane Nichols, President; Deb Fulton, Vice President, Secretary: Ann Chester; Donna Weems, Treasurer.

7. Discussion of Status and Importance of Mt. Chateau, the State owned facility at the end of Mt. Chateau Road, along the south east boundary of Cheat Lake, at the mouth of Cheat Lake. This is the current home of the WV Geological & Economic Survey.

8. Other New Business.
