I really like Nick&#39;s suggestion to change the law to allow vehicles &quot;behaving as pedestrians&quot; etc in accordance with other cities.<br><br> This change would leave a lot of interpretation to the police officers, but I&#39;m sure they can handle it with some training and possibly pointing the radar gun at cyclists who appear to be cycling at faster than walking pace on the sidewalk.<br>
