Frank and others,
I have a professional relationship through my work with Mr. Radabaugh.  He's always been quite pleasant and helpful to work with.  Not sure if it will benefit the situation, but might give another personal avenue to let him know that this could affect more than just Nick Hein.  I've held back just a little from this conversation since my work was involved with this project a bit, but just wanted to let everyone know I interact with him from time to time.

Bicycle Board members,

FYI, Bryan Radabaugh is the WVDOH District 4 Design Engineer.  Based on my prior experience with him, I expect he will find a workable solution.  I know there's been some discussion about this issue among local cyclists.  I would like to ask you to put yourself in Bryan's shoes before you forward his or this message to anyone.  I'd like to give him a chance to tell us what the solution is before tying him up.

What provision is being made for bicyclists to drive from Cheat Lake to Morgantown during the closure and replacement of Ice's Ferry Bridge?  According to this morning's Dominion Post, the detour route is I-68 from which bicycles are prohibited.
