Report looks good to me.  At some point I wonder if we ought to consider simplifying quorum to mean those in attendance at any duly scheduled meeting or those responding within a stated time-frame to any electronic message.  The majority of those present could then carry out any business that needed to be settled.  I'm surprised/concened it's so hard to get a response from enough of us (even considering that Franks email output is relentless).  It's really a shame we couldn't distribute bumper stickers at the Spring Spectacular.
