I saw lots of utility recumbents in the Netherlands...people movers, delivery bikes, etc.

Do they teach riding recumbent over there?
Do you see many recumbents commuting over there?
I remember being in China in '93 and I can say that amoungst the
bijillion bikes I did not see one.

Wonder why?
