Thanks for your responses concerning MUB closing the trail to install a sewer pipe.  As usual, the Traffic Commission meets the day before we meet.  I usually deliver a written report.  I'm working on that and probably won't complete it until late tonight.

In the meantime, with your concurrence, I would like to include the attached with the report.  Please let me know what you think ASAP.  I tried to include your comments on the subject.

I will also send you the complete report when I complete it.
