Thanks to Chip Wamsley, Jing Zhang, Kelly Williams, Don Spencer, Jenny Selin and Margaret Stout for participating in discussions with Stantec, WVDOH and the MPO in the Bike/Ped section of the Open House.  The discussion was so lively that we ran through lunch.

Tomorrow, 3-4 pm, Stantec will walk through design concepts and future work that came out of the dialog.

Monday 10 - Noon would be the best day and time for cyclists to attend the University Av. Corridor Study Open House.  That's when the MPO and contractor will be taking input on bicycling.  Please also attend other times if you have input on the other topics.

BTW, the University Av. Corridor under study encompasses University Av. from Patteson Dr. to Don Knotts Blvd. and from Jones Av. to Beechurst Av. so any ideas for making that area better for bicyclists are relevant.
