I wouldn't want to use that. It shows all the bike lanes being in the door zone then has a balloon saying"Ride at least 5 feet from parked cars.".  

At least it shows the cyclist riding to the extreme left of the bike lane but if the bike lane is not at least 5 feet wide, the cyclist shouldn't even be in it. Then, what purpose does the bike lane serve except to signal to motorists that bicyclists should be in the bike lane and not the travel lane. 

It would probably be too congested to show on that busy graphic but there should be a 5-foot diagonally striped buffer between the MV parking and the bike lane.  All somewhat irrelevant around here with <24-foot wide roadways.
