Bill Austin, Damien Davis, Nick Hein, Emily Vasil, Frank Gmeindl, Marilyn Newcome, Chet Parsons, Jonathan Rosenbaum, Derek Springston and Chip Wamsley arranged their day and managed their time yesterday to attend the Bicycle Board meeting which began at 6:30 pm. Several days prior to the meeting, Alice Vernon and Traci Liebig notified the chairman that they would not be attending. At 6:36 pm, I cancelled the meeting because we did not have a quorum, i.e. we had less than 50% of the voting members.
