Attached is Terrence's weekly information letter to City Council dated April 20.  In it, he highlights our plan and its upcoming presentation to City Council at its regular May 1 meeting.  It was exciting to have BB members outnumber CC members at the last presentation.  I hope we can repeat that at this meeting to show support for the plan as well as to help me remember what happens.
