Hey Drew, Matthew Cross here.  The money source at this point is purely speculative from Dan Shook and the WVU Safe Communities Initiative.  I'm looking to get some material together for WVU freshman orientation this summer.

This was a little unexpected and confusing -- sorry no one got back to you in the timeline you requested. Can you give us a little context for what we should consider in our search of their products? Is the MPO sitting on a pile of cash to spend on safety products that the pedestrian and / or bicycle boards will be able to distribute for free? Or is this just an opportunity for us to piggyback on a large purchase order from an international manufacturer?
